If you own an instrument and wish to sell it, write to us with details and we may be able, after evaluation to sell it on your behalf or, in some cases, purchase it outright.  Should we not think your instrument be suitable to sell through the Amati Collection, we will offer, free of charge, advice as to how best to dispose of it.

We can undertake any repairs or restoration required prior to sale to optimize desirability and would be delighted to provide you with a detailed assessment of work needed. Any cost incurred would normally be payable upon the sale of the intrument, or if the instrument is returned to the owner.  On large restorations, however, a proportion of the repair costs would be chargeable.  We would of course advise accordingly.
