The Amati Collection offers for sale a carefully selected range of instruments and bows of the violin family, for the professional, student and amateur player.

Our team consists of expert dealers, experienced luthiers and players, working together compiling the collection.

Ranging from fine Italian Classical violins to the best of contemporary making, the Amati Collection caters for the most discerning of players, aiming to provide outstanding quality at a fair price.

We have to date supplied instruments to hundreds of players, and pride ourselves in building long term relationships with them, ensuring continuing service through our trusted workshops.

Together with our own stock, we also sell selected instruments on a commission basis, both from private sources and from other suppliers. We are also trying to build up our Baroque and Classical set up section, so we would particularly like to hear from owners of such instrument wishing to sell.

The instruments in The Amati Collection are available for trial by prior appointment in the South of England.
